Al is such a nice guy! From the time I spoke to him on the phone all the way up until he came to my house. What was even more amazing was he came on such short notice and came the same day I called! Even though it ended up being an easy fix he was still happy to talk my wife and I through what was going on and how to prevent the issue from happening again. If I could give more than five stars I would!

Beyond exceptional service from Al of Dryer Geeks! Answered the phone personally and set up an immediate appointment for my “situation”. Arrived on time, cleaned up entire area, and educated me on questions I had. Couldn’t be happier- don’t hesitate to use Al’s services! An extra added bonus - he is a great conversationalist!!

My almost year old dryer was suddenly displaying a low air message so I called Dryer Geeks after reading their reviews. I needed to figure out if it was a problem with the dryer or my venting since my warranty was ending in a little over a week . When I explained the situation to Al he was able to come at the end of the same day . He was very thorough and knowledgeable using a vent camera and checking the air flow. He explained what the issue was with the filter and some preventive measures we could take . We were thoroughly satisfied with his service and would use him again.

Al came on time…worked to find the vent clog. Tried to access it a few ways. Finally found the buildup in a bend under the house. Quality guy..great work. Thx for coming and doing a professional job.

This service was extremely effective and met my expections from a service and pricing perspective. They initially inspected what needed to be done and estimated the time it would take and gave the estimate, which was not changed. They came on the date and time promised and were very skillful in fabricating a customized vent, manipulating it into tight quarters. They also ran the dryer to check the airflow on the exterior of the house. I highly recommend them for this type of service.
